These are our Service Specific Terms & Conditions for IPTV Service and, together with any other terms and conditions that you and we have agreed or accepted from time to time, they form the Agreement between you and BroadMood.com.

BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SITE, YOU (“User”) AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN (the “Agreement”). If you are accessing and using this site on behalf of any group or entity, you warrant that you have all necessary authority to enter into this Agreement. If at any time you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must cease using the Site immediately.

1. Eligibility for the Service

1.1 In order to subscribe to the Service, you must:

  • 1.1.1 Be at least 18 years old; and
  • 1.1.2 Not have, at the time of application for the Service, any outstanding accounts with us that are due and owing.

1.2 Unless otherwise permitted by us in writing, the Service is only available:

  • 1.2.1 To customers for personal use only.
  • 1.2.2 To Resellers.

1.3 The Service shall be delivered via a fiber broadband network or a network with a speed of at least 20 MBPS.

1.4 You acknowledge and agree that the availability of the Service is subject to:

  • 1.4.1 Availability of resources, including a suitable network infrastructure at the time the Service is requested or delivered; and
  • 1.4.2 Geographical coverage and technical capacity of our Network and delivery systems at the time the Service is requested or delivered.
  • 1.4.3 Equipment compatibility.

1.5 Where the Service is delivered via IPTV:

  • 1.5.1 You must procure, install, and maintain all equipment necessary for the reception of the IPTV Services.

1.6 You must, at all times, provide us with such information as may be necessary or desirable for us to provide you with the Service and necessary Support.

1.7 We may choose not to accept your application at our discretion.

2. Minimum Period of Service

2.1 The initial Minimum Period of Service for our post-paid Service is 3 continuous months or such other period as may be agreed by us, from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below. Upon expiry of the initial Minimum Period of Service, the customer should contact us for a renewal; the Service will not be renewed automatically.

3. Reseller

3.1 The Minimum quantity of access codes for the IPTV Service is 10 access codes.

3.2 Resellers are eligible to access our customer services for Resellers, including access to the Knowledge Base and use of our Material to assist their customers.

4. Duration of Service

4.1 The Service under this Agreement will commence on:

  • 4.1.1 The date of successful on-site payment of the subscription.

4.2 If you cancel your application for the Service before the commencement of the Service, you shall pay us our prevailing cancellation charges.

4.3 This Agreement will continue until terminated according to the provisions of this Agreement.

5. Changing Server

5.1 If you decide to upgrade to another price plan after a successful payment, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We can then make price arrangements for you.

5.2 After 7 days, you are not eligible to upgrade to another price plan.

6. System Requirements and Using the Service

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring your equipment and systems connected to the Network meet the minimum system requirements of the Service as we may determine from time to time, and that they are compatible and may properly function and interoperate with the Provided Server, the Service, and the Network. We will not be liable for any Equipment or Network failure or performance issues resulting from non-compliance with such requirements. You acknowledge and accept that certain applications, equipment, and systems are not supported by the Service.

6.2 We may, at any time and without any notice to you, temporarily suspend the Service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance, upgrade, or improvement of the Service or due to an emergency. We will restore the Service as soon as reasonably practicable. We may also modify the Service to keep pace with prevailing demands and technological developments, at our discretion and without any notice to you.

6.3 The use of the Service is subject to any instructions, notices, and directions as we may determine from time to time.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

7.1 We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, adjust these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the Client. Any such alteration will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Service and this site following any such alteration constitutes your acknowledgment of these adjusted Terms.

8. Adult Content

8.1 Our IPTV streaming service is a family-friendly platform and does not offer any adult content channels or programming.

9. Request to Add Channels, Movies, and Series

9.1 Users may request the addition of specific channels, movies, or series, and we will submit a ticket to our technical team. These requests will be taken into consideration and added to the platform based on the number of similar requests received from other users.

    • After the 3-day period, you are no longer eligible for a refund unless you experience technical issues that prevent access to the Service.

      • 0 to 7 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee (3 Euros) is deducted from the paid price.
      • 7 to 30 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee and 33% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
      • 30 to 90 Days: You are no longer eligible for a refund.
    • 6 Months Subscription Refund:

      • 0 to 7 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee (3 Euros) is deducted from the paid price.
      • 7 to 30 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee and 16% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
      • 30 to 60 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee and 33% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
      • 60 to 90 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee and 50% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
      • After 90 Days: You are no longer eligible for a refund.
    • 12 Months Subscription Refund:

      • 0 to 7 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee (3 Euros) is deducted from the paid price.
      • 7 to 30 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee and 8% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
      • 30 to 60 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee and 16% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
      • 60 to 90 Days: Refund is made after a processing fee and 25% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
      • After 90 Days: You are no longer eligible for a refund.

    P.S.: Even if you fall outside the refund rules described, you can request a refund, and we’ll review your request.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or payment method for any delays. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 working days to process. If the refund is still not received after this period, please contact us at service@broadmood.com for assistance.

Shipping Returns

Our service is digital, so no physical shipping or returns are involved. Refunds are processed based on the digital service terms provided.
